"كل رجل لديه رغبة بمشاركة كتبه، وعندما يهزّني كتاب ما، أتمنى لو أستطيع وضعه فى جيب كل من أعرف. إذا انتشر كتاب مثل هذا بين أيدى الناس، سيصبح العالم أفضل، سيصبح مكاناً أجمل."

"اخرج فى موعد مع فتاة تحب الكتابة" من اكثر الكتب الغير روائية التى استمتعت بها منذ فترة طويلة لدرجة انى قرأته مرة اخرى بعد الانتهاء من قرأته لاول مرة. 
الكتاب عبارة عن موجوعة مقالات، حوارات مع كتاب ورسائل كتبها شخصيات مشهورة عبر التاريخ عن الحب، الكتابة و عن فن تعديل النصوص فى الكتب حتى يصل الكتاب للقارئ فى أحسن شكل، وعن حب الكتب.

المقالات التى كتبت فى حب الكتب والقراءة كانت اقربها الى قلبى، والمقالة عن أحد أشهر متاجر الكتب فى باريس وكيف أسسها جورج ويتمان، وقصة هاروكي موراكامي عن كيفية بدئه الكتابة وهو فى الثالثة والثلاثين من عمره.

محمود كاتب قصص قصيرة بارع فلديه موهبة متميزة فى كتابة أقصر القصص وبرغم قصرها فدائما تحتوى على أعمق المعانى.
تريفل عبارة عن كتاب لمجموعة قصصية لعشر كلمات كل كلمة من وجهة نظر رجل، امرأة، طفل،طفلة، مراهق ، مراهقة أو حيوان كل قصة فيهم برغم قصرها تحسها كتاب لوحده بشخصياته وحبكته الخاصة.
القصص تدل على هدوء الكاتب وتفكره الكثير فى حياة الناس المحيطين به ومشاعرهم سواء كبار كانوا ام أطفال او حتى حيوانات فمنهم قصة عن رجل يزعجه نجاح زوجته ،و قصة اخرى عن رجل شجع زوجته حتى نجحت،و قصة عن رجل فضل الغربة لجمع المال لأسرته عن الحياة وسطهم، وقصة توصف مشاعر وسلوك طفل تهدده أمه بالرحيل حتى يسمع كلامها، وقصة أخرى لطفل لايسمع كلام والدته فى البداية حتى يدرك انها دائما ما تطلب منه ما فى مصلحته،وقصص تانية كتير ممتعة جداً وأطولهم واكثرهم امتاعاً قصة رعب مشوقة للغاية ومخيفة لضعاف القلب.

اتمنى ان تستمتعوا بالكتاب مثلما استمتعت به.

رواية مشوقة تبدأ بسرد قصة إختراع السيارة ومنها الى إنشاء نادى السيارات فى مصر ثم الدخول فى حياة الطبقة العاملة فى نادى السيارات تحت ادارة الاحتلال الانجليزى فى عهد الملك فاروق.
تتناول الرواية حياة أفراد أسرة صعيدية  انتقلت الى القاهرة عندما  خسر رب الاسرة ثروته وانتهى به المسار الى عمله فى مخزن نادى السيارات.
علاء الأسوانى نجح فى تصوير الصراع بين المصريين و الاحتلال وبعض الشخصيات المصرية المستفيدة من خدمة المحتل على حساب اولاد بلدهم المصريين.
ما لم يعجبنى فى الرواية تصوير حياة الملك كلها مجون، سهر ، نساء وقمار وهذا ما روجته ثورة ٥٢ والقائمين عليها بالرغم مما تم اكتشافه مؤخراً أن الملك كان محب للحياة ولكنه أيضاً كان يحب مصر ويعمل على أزدهارها أكثر من كثير من شخصيات حكمت مصر بعده. وأيضا الفصول الاخيرة قبل النهاية تعطيك انطباع انها غير مكتملة او اسرع من وتيرة الكتاب كله فكأن الكاتب اراد أن ينهى الكتاب ووقت الكتابة نفذ.

Some people are lucky enough to find in the course of their lives the kind of true love that fills their souls and some unlucky people don’t get the chance to find that kind of love in their lives but the wretched ones are those who find that kind of love then lose it, completing their lives knowing that they lost the love that made them feel once complete.
On the other hand there is those superbly lucky people who get another chance to be reacquainted again with the loved person they lost to complete their lives together living their happily ever after at the end.
When you read The Best of Me you will get to know what is the fate of Amanda’s and Dawson love and whether they will be lucky, unlucky, wretched or superbly lucky.

As we usually read about history sometimes it is good to read about future predictions; in this book Yuval Harari is predicting what will happen to humans in the future based on the past and present evolution of events. 
He predicts the diminishing of individualism of humans and the appearance of new dataists religion that its core believe will be the free flow of data between every being and everything.
