This book was wrapped up pretty neatly, and I had a good time reading it. But, in some parts, it felt like it was dragging on a bit. I think it could have used a bit more excitement, but maybe that should have been added earlier in the series. The spicy scenes in books 3 and 4 were kinkier, which was fine, but some of them felt like they came out of nowhere. Overall, this series is a solid 3-star rating for me, which is alright since most books about wolf shifters and paranormal romance require you to leave reality and feminism at the door LOL.

The chaotic energy this series has is hilarious and I'm here for it. A lot is going on in this book and while it was fun to read, the writing is still middle of the road for me and the plot twists make this feel like a Wattpad novel which I like but also find kind of cringe. I am going to keep reading the series cause I am invested at this point.

This was my second time reading this book, I feel the same about it. It’s a fun little shifter romance with rejected mates trope. This series is easy to read and has some good spice in it. Nothing mind-blowing but it is entertaining. I will say the author made some…interesting decisions as far as the plot goes and I had to suspend my disbelief but honestly, I read this for the vibes.
