Another fun romp in Faerie! The second installation in the Emily Wilde series doesn’t disappoint.

It’s probably worth learning anything about college sports before trying to write a book about college sports. At least 100 pages too long.

Really enjoyed this read and the juxtaposition between the things that mattered “before” and “after.”

Is it the height of literature? No. Is it extremely entertaining and a quick, light read? Absolutely. Go in with that mindset and you’ll be perfectly happy.

Mostly a story of an unpopular teenager acting out because she so desperately wants to fit in with a group. It’s very difficult to stick it out through the graphic sex depictions about a 14 year old. I liked the commentary on how easily people can get sucked into the cult environment when it is mostly made up of mundanity, but not much else.

This was my favorite romance novel I’ve ever read. The storyline was engaging and the relationship between the main characters was super believable. This one made me laugh, cry, and wish there was more when I was done.

Something Wild & Wonderful

Anita Kelly

DID NOT FINISH

Really hard to get through the dialogue - felt really YA. Infuriatingly naive characters, could not get myself to like them or root for them.
