I decided to read this book because it looked like fun. It seemed to have the drama I wanted with all the heartbreaking story lines.
But this honestly was disappointing. Not just the story line seeming a bit silly and unrealistic but then it had a lot of timeline issues. One moment it’s early morning the next it’s night time. Days going by but not actually moving forward.

This book completely shocked me. Because it’s so completely raw and emotional.
I listened to the audiobook as I read and hearing Jennette tell her story. The voice cracking and emotional aspects forced me to pause and just cry with her.
It’s so hard to see how child actors live but seeing and reading one that so clearly didn’t want to be there. To read her dreams of being a regular child.
I hope her life turns out exactly as she wants because she deserves it.

The Regrettable Mistake by Anne Storm
. I have so many things I need answered with this book. Things that aren’t plot holes or anything but little questions that Steph asked herself and I think needed answer for her to truely heal after what happened.
The biggest question being why did he bring the condom to the hotel? Like it broke my heart so much that he did that.
There’s some thoughtful reasoning behind his actions. Things that make sense when you look at it from a mental health point of view but like I’ve said with another book I think she would have dropped him if she wasn’t pregnant.
I think she would have broken up and not got together again if she wasn’t pregnant. The only thing is how much of Denmark she would have had but she still wouldn’t be getting remarried to him.

A very quick novella to read.
It has some drama and heartbreak …. Which means I absolutely enjoyed it.
I do wish it was a little longer and we had a little more angst with it. A little more of a test after they got together with her sister trying to get between them and him standing up to her.
All in all it was entertaining but it kind of wanted more from it.

This might be my least favourite Katie Landry book so far but only because it’s too small a book.
I enjoyed her last couple of books because they delved deeper into the partners reasons for cheating and how they actually grew as people to deserve the second chance but this guy just didn’t seem very evolved.
He went a year without her and then for no reason stated decided to go back.
It felt more like that bare bones first draft then a completed book.
Just another 50 pages or so and we would have gotten so much more information and feelings for the characters.
I still loved it but I want more.

This book was emotional.
Like I cried quite a bit throughout it but I also laughed and kicked my feet like a little school girl.
I didn’t realise this was book seven in an interconnected series but it was so well written that it didn’t matter and even though I know who ends up with who I still might go back and read the others.
Some points throughout the book I wanted to scream in their face and tell them to just communicate- miss communication is one of my least favourite tropes - but this one while annoying wasn’t too bad.
I could understand to some extent why they weren’t communicating well with each other.

I know this book is one of the favourites of the series and I can definitely see why. This is my second or third time reading and it still breaks my heart.
This is such a fan favourite because it’s the last story before the series gets very dark. It’s the last we truely see a full year with Harry that isnt completely devastating it’s his last year as a child.

Picking up the Pieces by Jessica Prince
I enjoyed this book. It broke my heart one hundred percent. To see two people so broken by life finally finding each other again and coming together is beautiful.
But I don’t like some aspects of the story. So much is demanded of Emmy and no one really tells her anything. We the readers hear about things that happened but she doesn’t. So while we hear Luke’s story and forgive him we have to remember that no one told Emmy that.
She has no reason to forgive and forget besides him manhandling her and makes some promises in front of the grave. There’s no reason for her to want anything to do with him but some fucked up childhood romance.
I’m not saying the story is bad. I enjoyed it. But I just wish there was more to the ending. A real reason for her to forgive.

I did just say I wouldn’t read anymore cheating romances but those ads on Facebook know how to pull me in.
I love drama and these books always deliver.
This one was a little more believable and didn’t break my heart as much because as soon as he was caught. As soon as he saw the heartbreak on his wife’s face he stopped what he was doing. He didn’t cheat again.
He was played and he made amends.
He worked on himself and actually grew unlike some of the other cheating spouse books I’ve read so I can believe it more that she decided to give him another chance.
I still hate it when the girls blame themselves for the husband cheating even just a little because it’s such bullshit. What because June didn’t be the right kind of footballers wife she deserved it. No.
I will not be continuing this series however because I saw that the cheating girl is the next story and she does not deserve her own story or Noah. I don’t care about her past which is rude I get that but true. Noah deserves so much he is literally the perfect guy.

Wow.
Just wow.
Like every little thing in this book is thought out immediately and so thoroughly.
My brain is broken it’s so much story and plot and character development in such a small amount of pages. It’s a big book but it could have been bigger and I still would have loved it.
It took me a while to get through it but only because it’s been a while since I read romantasy this one was a very nice book to get back into it again.
I will be continuing the series and I better see those three princes forgiving her and understanding her reasoning.
