I loved this book so very much and the characters in it are like my family. Cassian was so funny and witty and Rhysand was his usual charming self. I loved the friendships formed between the inner circle and the relationships I got to witness unfold. The battle scenes were written beautifully, and the emotions of all of the people after war was also something very well written and handled. These books are my favorite series of all time and this wrap up did not disappoint.

I really enjoyed this book, I found that I really started to fall in love with the poetry around track 70 for some reason! What really bumped this book up from a 3 star review to a 4 was the breathtaking blackout poetry in 'Side B' of the book. It really added a whole new level to the poetry and made me think more on each poem. I found myself going back from the black out poem to the original and comparing the message each told, and some of them showed me the possibility of change. Just because something hurt once doesn't mean it has to hurt forever, just as some of the sadder poems were blacked out into beautiful pieces about life and happiness. I really enjoyed this book a lot and am glad to have it on my shelves!
