I can’t even begin to explain how great this book is. Throughout reading it I understood why people loved it but didn’t understand the “five star” hype of it... the last 30% of this book made me realise it deserves more than 5 stars.

Honestly I feel like H.D Carlton claims “dark romance” when she’s really just trying to pack as much trauma into a book as possible. There is relatively no plot and at the end of the book you question why you read it to begin with.
