HOLY MOTHER
First of all, the narrators were amazing! So incredibly talented!

I don’t want to put any kind if spoiler here, so all I’ll say is that it was so good, that I listened to the last chapter until I had 10mins left, waited 2 days and replayed the last chapter because I didn’t want it to end yet :,)

I had to pick up my jaw from the floor multiple times for multiple (good) reasons and I loved it all.

It’s clear that I loved a book when I can’t write a long review. I enjoyed the narration so much and the plot was so so good. I didn’t like the miscommunication and that’s the reason why it’s not a 5⭐️. I was stressed out during that part of the book and it wasn’t reallyyy needed. But that aside, I’m still thinking about Jennie and Garrett days later and how much I loved their story!

4.5⭐️ (audiobook)

First of all; the narrators were amazing! Even if this book wasn't a duet, which I usually prefer, I enjoyed listening to every second!

This was so wonderful to listen to, all the giggles and squeaks included.
The way Carter was in love with Ollie, it made me tear up and my heart feeling warm. He's literally WORSHIPPING the ground she walks on.
Ollie is an amazing FMC, she’s so lovable and made me feel all the emotions with her.

Was the 3rd act conflict a little unnecessary? I think so. But a little drama hasn't hurt anyone, has it?

!!!! SPOILER FOR THE LAST CHAPTERS !!!!

The only thing why this isn't a 4.75: CARTER MY MAN PLEASE don't propose at someone's wedding, no matter if they gave their blessing or not :,) I get that you want it dramatic or "embarrassing" but at a wedding? Nope sorry, not my thing lol
dark emotional fast-paced
Plot or Character Driven: A mix
Strong character development: Complicated
Loveable characters: Yes
Flaws of characters a main focus: Yes

Shoutout to my bestie for recommending this to me <3

I think I like main characters with (a little) trauma..
I loved Andi and Maddox, I loved how they were together, I loved that they grew up together, the small age gap, all of it.
All the details like Halloween, The Nightmare Before Christmas… LOVED it. The band (Bonnie? She’s cool af, I can’t wait to read her book), the setting, the emotion I felt while reading, it was ADDICTIVE.

And OF COURSE the brothers best friend trope was: *chefs kiss* 💋

If you’re looking for me, I’m busy buying the physical copy to display it on my shelf.

WHAT tf was this.
Not to be super dramatic but my stomach hurt through most of this book and that sums it up.

The real star of the show is my bestie, for letting me literally scream and cry (a little) from 1:30 to 4:00am yesterday bc I was scared and couldn’t sleep hahah bc again, WTF was this :,) I felt WATCHED lmao

It was pretty predictable mostly and the real surprises that had me go 😮 weren’t even the main plot but that’s okay? I think it‘s one of the reasons it was creepy, because you were waiting when the things you know will happen, actually happen.

It reminded me of YOU mixed with a little bit of the Equalizer?Sure, I haven’t read the next books yet, but he ending made it feel a little unrealistic almost.
Everything about this was wild. I sped through the book bc I just wanted it to end but also couldn’t stop thinking about it when I wasn’t reading lol.

I started this again bc I wanted to be done once the movie comes out, and I saw the cast and liked it so here I am.

5 f!cking stars.⭐️

I’m writing this with a runny nose and wet eyes, please please read this!

Miss Elsie what is your secret to making me cry on the pages every single time?

Sloane and Jasper had so much depth and both their pasts made this even more realistic in the best way possible. Every book in this series is so beautiful and I don’t want to compare them bc they’re all so different I feel like. But I just felt that I’d give this a 5⭐️ after the first 10 pages.
The hockey scenes were PERFECT too. I LOVED how she wrote them, reading felt exactly like being at the stadium and watching the game, 100%!!

The book spirits knew why The Works only had this part of the series left when I visited (I read the first two on my Kindle) haha

(I’m so excited for Beau’s book jeez)
slow-paced
Loveable characters: Yes

Please read this book.
PLEASE.

4.5⭐️

I absolutely loved this!
I got to read the ARC of the second book "Biggest Player" and fell in love with Sara's books, so of course I had to read the first book in the series now!

Andy and Harlow are SO cute jeez. There's nothing to complain about the book, there was actual football talk, the story was beyond adorable - starting with their meet cute -, it was funny, hot, and just everything you'd want!

Andy being all heart eyes for Harlow, and her not knowing who he actually is just made it all the better.
Yes Big Steve got on my nerves more times than not, but he had his funny moments.

Big big recommendation!

3.75⭐️

SOULMATES is all I have to say (I have more to say lol)

You could just feel their connection from the first chapter until the last! It had me stop doing what I was doing to just go "🥺🥹😭" because if someone will love you the way Sig loves Chloe, if someone talks and thinks about you the way he does with her- That's the DREAM.

It reminded me of the old Wattpad days sometimes and as cute as they were, it wasn't always super gripping. I'd say it was just right for when you need an audiobook while doing your everyday chores, etc.

The ending however made this go from a 3 to a 3.75! I was screaming, giggling, jumping up and down in my kitchen. It was worth all the mid-moments and let's be honest, 3.75 is not a bad rating!
(I'll definitely get the paperback bc who can say no to such a cute cover AND sprayed edges?)
