i genuinely don’t think i’ll be giving a single book in this series lower then 5 stars because they’re so ADDICTING. she has a podcast and a new mystery to solve and it was just as good and honestly almost better then the first one.

i listened to the audiobook for parts of this as well and it was SOOOO good with the tape sounds and microphones, it added so much to the experience of reading it. i highly recommend

i gotta be honest this whole series kinda sucked… the first book was the only enjoyable one for me. i did only read this because i really wanted to read six of crows and i felt like i had to read this series first but i kinda wish i just didn’t, all that happened and then it ends like that

i randomly stumbled across this because i saw kit connor was gonna be in the movie adaptation and i love him but this book was just kinda meh? the plot was fine, the romance was bland to me… i wanted to love it but it was just fine.
