Probably one of the kindest and most accessible books for promoting radical self-love, self-acceptance, and liberation that moves from within. Loved the author’s use of personal stories.

Not everything I hoped and dreamed of, but I found that it sort of summed of lots of impressions I've got from the Buddhist books I've read and books like How to Do Nothing by Jenny Odell. I felt that his chapter on mindfulness was overly dismissive, in fact, many of the concerns he expressed are ones spoken to within Zen Buddhist circles.

As with 9/10 of self-development books, I only read a few chapters because most info in that whole sphere is repeated like fifty thousand times. I thought it was interesting though.
