After tandem reading this with ‘A Touch of Darkness’ and getting to see his side of things it definitely filled in some gaps. Some of it was a bit repetitive from the first book, but it showed you how he felt, and what he thought. It was amazing getting to see a whole other side of things, and see his love for the Goddess. I loved getting to see his side.

This was my second read of the book and I tandem read it with 'A Game of Fate' and absolutely loved it.
Getting to meet the characters and watch them find themselves and each other through boundless bonds was incredible. Her point of view lets you into her head and know what she thinks and how she sees things, and I think it was very important for the story line.

It had me hooked from the dedication and kept me hooked until the end.

It’s deranged, it’s atypical, and it’s hot. The characters were definitely lovable. And the plot was pretty good. I do wish it was longer so I could have had more of it. So I am ready for book two. 🥵🥵

I just have one question and it’s, WHAT THE F*CK!?

The ending is not okay!! I was pulled in and gripped all the way through the story, and it was an emotional roller coaster.

The dragon humor is even better than the last book. And the hints all through. I figured it out before they did but it was still quite a shock.

I loved the characters, I loved the story, and I’m ready for book 3.

I pushed off buying and reading this book for quite a while because I was afraid I would not love it. But it turns out that is not the case. I loved it so much!

The characters are absolutely lovable and greatly thought out.

The enemies to lovers. Who did this to you? Touch her and die. (Even from the dragon.) The ANGST!!! Why not light a fire with all that energy. 😂

The dragons humor. Do I need to say more? 😂

Why’d you have to tear my heart out like that?

And the ending!? Seriously!? That’s one hell of an ending and I am waiting for the next book to show up tomorrow. By about half the book I knew I was buying them all.

It was a very cute and beautiful love story between Micah and Andrew. The characters were lovable and well written as was the mix between the Fae realm and the Human, where they mixed seamlessly. The story was easy to follow and enjoy, I will definitely be reading book 2 and 3.

I did not know what to expect when I opened this book and started on its journey. One thing is for sure, I didn’t expect that.

It was mysterious and slow burn and angst, and I loved it all!!!

On the other hand the end of chapter 28 broke me!!
WHY!?  So many innocent people..😭

This book will remain high on my list for recommendations and loved books.

As always check your triggers before starting books. And then go read this!!!
