There is no way I finished this book in one day. NOT just one day but I listen to the book from start to finish in the 8hr audio time. I devoured this book. One of the spiciest books I have read, Only thing I kept saying is I want that done to me, LOL and I was serious. The way this man worked this lady body was insane work.

This book was once on my DNF list, The shock and surprise that i encountered when reading this book was insane. I kept wondering what this lady had to tell this mix girl. Evelyn should have just took that to her grave. To have Monique question everything in the end was insane work. 5 stars bc I didn't see the twist coming. Another book finished in one day.

I started this book in June, I finally finished in Aug. The way the book kept pissing me off. Like I wanted him dead now, cuz how are you traumatizing a whole family like that. He was the true definition of evil.

This book is too good to be true, Well that's the feeling I got when reading this book, It took a min for thing to go into shambles, which made the book to perfect at the beginning. Some real SMUT shit went on. Just not my cup of tea.

The book was on my DNF list, but let me tell you..... I just love this book. It is for sure a re-read for me. I love the drama, the love, the forgiveness, all the around perfection this book gives. Neevah was a fighter. After feeling like she lost everyone she still came out on top. Her being the strongest thing he ever had but yet the most fragile was all it took for me. Canon is the best. The Desi Blue story was just chef kiss.

Devoured this book in one day, I wanted to love this book so bad like the tik tok girlies. I'm giving this book a 3.5 and the point 5 is pushing it. Maybe it was the storyline for me. It just felt rushed. I would have like more details on certain chapters. Like what was his true purpose of marrying her! How did he already know that Lani brother was her half sibling, The questions goes on and on.

I was not expecting these emotions from this book. I didn't pay attention to the movie so I just knew that I was about to get a good lesson and laugh, Nope I’m sitting here balling my damn eyes out. This book is insane for a person to be treated in this manner. And all she wanted to do was be normal and live a good life.

By the being my 1st 304 book I was intrigued. This book had me all over the place, Val was NOT about the money when she took that check from James. My emotions got involve when Grammy passed. What I didn't like was how she use the Dr. to mase certain feelings when she could have easily just let him go.
