Once this PhD mentioned Reiki and her mind are what healed her uterus, after telling us that doctors removed it for her, and then called this her sexual trauma, I couldn't keep going. She used language that revealed she has little understanding about the transgender community and the reality of gender outside of the extremes of feminine and masculine. She made assumptions that everyone enjoys sex when part of the reason I picked this book up was to learn more about the diversity of sexuality such as asexuality. Once this PhD communicated all of this lack of fleshed out high level understanding of sexuality in THE FIRST CHAPTER I decided to donate the book. Life is too short to read bad books.
