Always good to have a sequel to your favourite book, especially when it's just as good as the first.

Is there anything more you want from a book?

By no means as good as Noughts and Crosses, but it was good to be back in this world again.

Not Blackman's best, but still deserves a place next to her greats. A fast paced story about a teen dad.

Essential to the Noughts and Crosses stories and just as compelling and well written.

Written as a series of short stories all relating to the same incident. More books should be written like this. I'd call it horror/sci fi and think it would make a great tv series. Loved the concept, the characters and the story.

Read as a teenager and really enjoyed it. Not as epic as other Blackman stories, but thrilling and perfectly written.

My first Blackman story and the reason why I continued to read more. Great story for a teenager.

Written in verse. For much younger children.

Took me back to a fascinating time in history and made a story that already feels like a classic. This writer is golden.
