I really hate giving bad reviews but this was so poorly written I can’t help myself. We start of with a “brownie” (given no explanation for what that is) that is so horny she doesn’t understand when her life is in danger because she’s so focused on one thing. Then throughout the book it’s hard to determine who is actually talking at certain points, making it impossible to follow conversations. I wanted to like this book because the tease on TikTok was great but the ditsy girl routine of the main character and total lack of world building is too much.

The story seemed like it wasn't well thought out. She forced the reason for the girl to have a bodyguard was too much.
