4 wicked cowboy hats ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿค . This story was sweet, enduring and pulled on my heart strings until my eyes watered. It also made my mouth water with visions of sexy ass cowboys doing kinky butt stuff danced around in my head. Very kinky Bdsm stuff. Fisting and pony play. You know I never really knew what that meant. I heard of the term before but wow. What an exciting learning experience this has been. My only real complaint is that the ending was kind of rushed which killed the mood a little and made things seem a tad more unrealistic. I feel like it would've been better to just write a sequel instead of rushing to the conclusion they did. But still this book was dripping with sex and heated tension. It also made me cry like a little girl. So its aces in my book. Also the audiobook narration was a dream. He had such a sexy southern drawl. I practically melted.

This book turned out way better than I was expecting. I thought the whole sleeping with your dad's best friend might be a bit off putting. But they made Clay and Dylan such wonderfully rich characters I couldn't help but wish for them to get together and be happy. I loved the heated scenes and underlying sexual tension between them. But I was ready for the book to be over like at 70%. I mean they were together, future looks bright, HEA, right? I just didn't get why the story was stretched for such a boring and forgettable ending.

This book was a great read. Heart felt, just a touch of angst, and a whole bunch of sexy sweaty wresting action. Yay!

We follow Jordy and Owen from the tender age of 8 into young adulthood. Owen is a wresting god from a long line of wrestling champions. And Jordy is an artistic geek with a pretty face and a tendency for fun antics. They became instant best friends joined at the hip.

"From that day on, Owen was my best friendโ€”jelly to my peanut butter, fellow pea in my pod, Sam to my Frodo. And I was his."

Jordy notices rather early that watching Owen wrestle makes his pants do interesting things. Accepting his sexuality, he struggles to deal with his one-sided crush on his best friend throughout highschool.

"Holy Greek gods, Batman. Owen... looked like a figure from a naughty version of Mt. Olympus standing there, with his broad shoulders and carved pecs, rounded thighs..."

Owen is the picture perfect example of a good boy. Good grades, great girlfriend, and successful wrestling career. He is living up to his everyone's expectations and he doesn't mind that his best friend is gay, but he wished he would stop settling for losers. Jordy is so beautiful and perfect and he deserves so much more. When senior year arrives and its time to think about college. Both boys must now consider what paths to take and who they want on the end of the path.

Some pretty good smut as expected of the Selkie Prince series. I felt the book as a whole was kind of weak, especially as the last book of the series. I was way disappointed with Caol cause he seemed like an interesting character. But none of his personality shone and all possible plot/action was summarized matter of factly.

3.5 stars. Cute as fuck romance complete with LL's brand of insta-love and lust. Some plot holes with the whole corporate scam thing, but I read these books for the love-lust part so no worries.

๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ4 flamboyant purple hearts! It was super cute, fun and sexy. Much like Stevie. I only hate that it was so short. Especially with some of the sweet drama potential just lying there. I wish LL would've built it up more and made bigger reveals instead of just skimming over it. As always LL gave us intsa-lust and insta-commitment. I fucking love Stevie and his purple hair.
