Very cute book, for being B. Desiré’s first book!
I’m so happy to support her and read her first written book.
It gave a lot of wattpad vibes which I actually liked, there is some flaws to the writing but won’t banter her on that, with it being her first storytelling book.
I really likes the concept of plot, and it did leave me with thoughts like:
Spoilers!!!
Who wants Genevieve dead?
Why did her sister fake her death and leave?
And why the hell did Ector’s mother not tell him about her big sis??

Just like: Things we never got over, I enjoyed reading about the other grumpy Morgan brother, Nash
I genuinely love reading Lucy Score, she has an easy writing that you never get tired over, and she makes plots that you don’t grow too tired off.
Things we hide from the light, was really catching for me because of the emotions, the battles that you have within yourself, and I found it so perfectly written, and some of it very relatable

Super cute! Blake and Farrah are 100% my favorite couple of the series, I loved that they got a second book because these two had so much character development and they deserved a second book no matter what!🙌🏼
