This book had a mix of two things that make it hard to rate. Epic as hell battle scenes that made me obsessed and gave the 5 star feeling but then hella side quests that took up too much time and space and made me bored. So I feel like 4 stars is good but man oh man do these cliffhangers keep getting me!

A bit slow at times just because it’s very similar stories over and over but it is a poignant discussion on how we are truly unprepared for the impacts of climate change.

Such an amazing read that kept me on the edge of my seat! Felt like I was chasing storms right with the team. This book is definitely a little heavy on the science content and storm chasing specifics so if that’s not your jam it might be a lot for you but the love story between Finley and Ryker was soooo worth it!!! I mean who doesn’t love a hot older professor 🥵 Tornado daddy could sweep me up any day! 🤣 and I LOVED the side characters in here as well. And getting the connection to the Nighthawk boys made my heart so happy!! Now I’m even more excited for Jake’s book!

At first I wasn’t sure this was going to be for me but holy cow did this story immediately pull me in and had me thinking about it every moment I wasn’t reading. Gideon is everything to me. The love triangle is the best I’ve ever read and the ENDING!!!! Definitely a 5 star favorite!

Honestly a really good novella! Wasn’t expecting much from it but the MMC was super sweet and respectful and adorably obsessed. Yeah it was hella instalove and shes freaking pregnant the first time the bang but it was actually pretty darn cute and well fleshed out even for how short it was.

One of the best books I’ve read to show the power of zoning and its impacts on EVERY ASPECT of our lives. Phenomenal and inspiring and aggravating and frustrating.

New fantasy obsession?! 100%. Cannot wait for the next book. The only thing bringing this down is that this is the SLOWEST OF SLOW BURNS. 🥵
