Husband Material by Alexis Hall
This ending was exactly what I wanted to be with a book about gay marriage . Fuck marriage!! I loved the nuance and all the feelings around this. I really enjoyed how this book was a romance book in the typical way AND the characters had believable communication skills that didn’t make me want to bash my head against a wall.

Talia Hibbert certainly has a formula for writing these books but I have no complaints because each character still manages to be unique and alive. Most books with autistic characters feel cringey or flat out ableist, but this one did not. Probably one of the best fiction books I’ve read with autistic rep
