overall enjoyable book but its not my favourite ali book. i really enjoyed the banter between characters and ana and misery's interactions (they were just so cute).

I used this book to help me write an essay that I ended up being very proud of. Learning about everything these women went through was heartbreaking but also inspiring at how they put others before themselves to fight against fascists and nazi occupation. Well worth reading.
