I felt so many emotions listening to Viola’s memoir. What an incredible story. Viola Davis is a true talent, building her career from the ground up. I want to give 8 year old Viola a hug.
I’m glad she narrated this, no one else could do her story justice.

It took me a few tries to get into this book but wow I’m glad I did. I’m surprised how gripped it had me by the end. Really need to read the rest of the series.
