it was fine
i felt this book was SO SLOW i truly didn’t start enjoying the book until feyre left to save tamlin at the near end. then it FINALLY picked up, it maybe because i’m not really into traditional fantasy as a genre but i’m glad i finished it.

very cute and touching
beautiful story of what it’s like growing up in middle school!! touches on bullying, grief of a parent, friendship & who you should/shouldn’t be friends with & being your true authentic self no matter what. very brief & vague talk of suicide (no suicide attempt or anything though) so TW for that!! but a very good read for your middle schooler to enjoy!
