⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.  Solid 5-star read.  Applebaum clearly outlines the intersection between technological advances and the rise of modern autocratic regimes.  Scary af, given that 🤡 wasted no time creating chaos and implementing Project 2025 mandates.
