Talking As Fast As I Can: From Gilmore Girls to Gilmore Girls, and Everything in Between by Lauren Graham

I've been a Gilmore Girls fan ever since the episodes started airing. First I identified most with Rory, and now that I'm older with a daughter of my own I see bits and parts of Lorelai in myself. So obviously I couldn't let this book pass me by.

I loved it. It's witty and fast-paced, just as I had hoped to read in a book from Lauren Graham, the woman who portrayed one of my favourite television characters ever.

That being said, this particular brand of humor can get a bit tiresome or even annoying. From any other author I wouldn't have liked it as much as I did now, so I'm not even a little bit biased.
But not even that bias could get me through the chapter about fashion and clothing without skipping whole paragraphs. It could not hold on to my attention, and I was more than happy when the topic changed at the next chapter.

Still a 4 star rating from me! Would definitely read again.
