I loved this volume more than the first one ! Read it all the way through. All the characters are so complex and loveable. Every chapter is so important. I really went into this WEBTOON thinking that it was lighthearted but there is so much serious themes and charactization that you cannot overlook!
Love Monica and Dorian, they are so cuteee in this volume !

I liked this a lot more than the first two which is a hot take. In this one, there is a lot of world building and explains other lands besides Narnia. I really enjoyed characters like Aravis and Shasta who this story more closely follows.
I really enjoyed reading the journey of Bree and Hwin along with the two kids too. Wish we got to see more of them in this series.

I can’t tell you how CS Lewis random narration drives me crazy. At some points of the book he will say “You’re probably wondering..” and it drives me crazy and takes me out of the story.
There was a lot of cute scenes and favorite dialogue pieces such as the Pevensie children at the Beaver’s house, Lucy and Susan witnessing the death of Aslan, Edmund’s interactions with the witch, and more. The ending was okay… I wish we saw more preparation of the war rather than Aslan and the sisters heading toward the castle.
Also Edmund has NO lines at the end ? It’s like he completely disappears and then when Lucy tries to save Edmund, Aslan gets mad at her ?! I was trying to figure out why Lewis would do that? To show that he was good but not safe ? No clue.

The book is really slow at first and I have a hard time with the narration at some points in the book.
It only becomes really interesting when Aslan and all the animals are introduced. Btw Aslan is like sarcastic and funny? He shows no remorse and tells Diggory that he already messed up the new world he created haha.
This is a good basis for where Narnia comes from but some parts of the book is just so boring.

Even though Nobu and Hachi are together I just have the feeling that’s it’s all going to be ruined somehow 😓😓

Love their relationship<333 the panels are always so beautiful. Don’t know why Oushi is always hated but tbh I like him, I think he should deserve some sort of happy ending

Ai Yazawa does such a beautiful job portraying emotions with each panel. Last scene had me in tears.
The hand that I was holding then… was the only one I wanted to hold… that night and forever.
