♡ If I could give this book a million stars, it still wouldn't come close to what it's really worth! Once again Maeve has written an INCREDIBLY AMAZING book!!! I will never get over how talented she is and will never get tired of reading her words! This book had me on a chokehold ! I was already obsessed with her after reading Indigo Eyes, but now?! I will absolutely NEVER shut up about how each one of her books is a masterpiece!!! I’ve not enjoyed reading a book as much as this one for a longggg time! But in just over 200 pages she managed to make me giggle, get angry, cry, scare the shit out of me. She just made me appreciate reading a little more, something I've struggled with for quite some time...

♡ Blaise and Ares' story was everything I could have wished for! It made me feel a thousand things and I will definitely read it again. Because it's *that* good (and also because I might be a bit of a masochist...)

♡Representation is important! Ares’ character (I am in love with him, by the way) being hearing-impaired was really interesting, and it made me think about how I would like to see more disability representation in books!

♡ This book was my first ever Q.B. Tyler book and will most definitely not be my last! I loved seeing Shay and Damien get closer and closer. He’s always been here for her, especially during the hardest event she had to live through, and he never left her. But he also never acted on his feelings, keeping her at arms length so he could do the only thing he was supposed to do: be her bodyguard and protect her. Honestly, throughout this book, you really can feel all the tension between the two of them, and it’s HOT!!! He is SO obsessed with her, her safety, and her happiness; it’s heartwarming. I’ll probably read it again because I feel like I could have enjoyed it more. Don’t get me wrong, I really liked it, but I think that, at the time I read it, I wasn’t able to enjoy it at its finest. This book is definitely worth reading! There were some tense and suspenseful moments that kept me on edge, but they just added even more to my reading experience!!

♡ This book? Absolutely LOVED it!!! I loved reading the first part of the book! Seeing how strong Jovie was to start a new life despite what people thought she did, what made Sebastian turn into a serial killer, etc. We get to see how everything started (from both of their POVs), including the need to avenge his sister, which led to them crossing paths. And well… The rest is for you to discover. Reading this book was a HELL of a roller coaster. Not in terms of sadness and happiness, but more like "What in the world?!?!" or "Oh my-", or "Shut UP!". (What a sight I was when reading this book.) Anyway, this book was filled with plot twists that made my brain hurt! Bash’s obsession was >>> And the spice? Can we talk about it? No, because it was HOT HOT H O T!!!!!! And the enddddd????? THE major plot twist! I had to close the book at this point. Just so I could breathe again. WTH!!!!!! The plotwiest plotwist in the history of plotwists. I’m not kidding! Anyway. Now that I know there’s going to be a second book, I can’t even start to tell you how relieved I am, lol. Because, at first, it was just supposed to be an open ending. But believe me when I tell you that, once you read the book, this end will definitely NOT be enough!

♡ This book... You know I LOVED The Sister Between Us, and Hailey didn't disappoint with her second book. It was so freakin' amazing!!!

♡ I've never been really great at reviewing books, and I suck at making people want to read a book. But I SWEAR, this is a 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓-𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃!!!

♡ This book means so much to me, you can’t even imagine. Honestly, it was kind of therapeutic reading Sofia and Elijah’s story. It made me feel so many things during my reading! Cried my eyes out, laughed my heart out, and screamed my lungs out. This book is 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘. 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆. There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like (except, maybe, for the fact that it ended… How dare this book end?!?!) in it!

♡ This book had me by the throat from the first page to the very last one (yes, I always read to the very end of the book. That way I can stay in denial and act as if I haven’t finished it…)

♡ I'm becoming more and more obsessed with this series with each book I read!!! This is the second book written by JR Jenner I read, and I am still in love with her writing, characters, and story!!! I loved getting to know more about Leo! I, honestly, loved everything about this book!!! It was my first book with a chef couple, and it was incredible getting to see this side of this profession! It felt so realistic. And Grace and Leo’s story… I also really liked seeing their thoughts, feelings, etc. I was able to feel exactly what the characters were feeling, and I also related to them; this is one of the things I love the most while reading books! And, seriously, I will *never* get over this story!!! Their love story was so beautiful!

♡ I also had so many theories (that were mostly wrong, but that’s a detail) about who was going to end up with who!! Honestly, this read was sooo enjoyable!!! From all the banter, emotional roller coasters, the *spice*, and their love for each other, this book was incredible. And there was also mental health representation in one of the secondary characters, and I really liked it! I can’t wait to read her story too! (And everything she writes, to be honest.)

♡ I love quick reads!!! And this one was SO quick! I read it in an hour, TOP! But even if it was sixty pages long, I loved every single moment between Maya and Nick. I loved getting to know the real reason behind why Maggie refused Nick's proposal. I also loved to see how they were both, Maya and Nick, so in love with each other and how they would do everything so they could be together. It was a super quick read, yes, but it was also cute, spicy, and kind of sad with all they had to go through. But I really loved how much they cared for each other and how profound their friendship and love were.

♡ Rhett and Jessie's story was sooooo cute!!! They have both known each other since they were little kids, and their connection has never once stopped. They're literal soulmates. The mental health representation was also soooo well done! Sometimes, it can feel forced, not realistic, etc. But this book?! It was SO good. I felt so represented by some of the topics the book dealt with. I really liked that about the book. Another thing I liked was how both of them were in love with each other but didn't act on it before they had to put an end to their friendship. But even distance couldn't separate them because, after a couple of years, they found each other again. And they never, even once, stopped loving each other. And the tension there was between the two of them?!?! The protectiveness of Rhett... Girl, I need a man like that!!!

And we get glimpses of the other siblings throughout the book, and I. AM. READY. FOR. EACH. ONE. OF. THEM. I *need* their book!!!

♡ I absolutely LOVED this book! I was so intrigued and excited to read Austin and Kara’s story while reading Wildflower (book 1 in the Wild series), and I was not disappointed. At first, I was a little lost because it doesn't start right off with the both of them. They meet only a little further in the book (not halfway through, don’t worry, lol), but it made the story more realistic for me. We got to see Kara and Austin, both of them, during their daily lives before something happened to shatter Kara’s life. I love how Austin and Kara’s story happened at the same time as Rhett and Jessie’s.

It dealt with some heavy topics that, in my opinion as someone who never went through this, were really important, not talked about enough, and were pretty realistic. And their relationship. I’m sorry, but the communication between the two of them… The love, the respect, the comfort—this relationship was truly everything.
And the ending?!?!! EXCUSE ME?! I was shocked when I saw it was the last pages… HOW COULD IT BE THE END!? Seriously, the plot twist? I saw it coming, but I didn't think, for even a second, that it would be THIS! No, seriously. The end of book 2 was SO not what I was expecting. But now I want to read book 3 (and 4!!!) SO BAD!!! I’m so impatient to read Know's, the playboy's, story. As well as Lacey and Colby's story!! I NEED to know how they met and how they ended up like this. I want to know everything there is to know about this family!

♡ This book. I think it was one of the spiciest books I've ever read in my whole life!!!! Seriously! The spice was soooo H O T! And Callum and Robin's relationship... they were so cute together! I knew I would like it because anything written by Eva is incredible, but I didn't expect to like it THAT much! I thought I might die with how spicy it was, for real!!! It was super incredibly insanely hot! And the whole ASMR kink?!?! Mama! I need more recommendations! This is new to me, but this certainly won't be the last book I read with this kind of kink! Enough about the spice (even if it's one of the best parts), I really, *really* like Cal and Robin's dynamic. I can't get enough of this book... I finished it not too long ago, but I just want to read it yet again! (It won't take me really long to do a reread, though...)
