Made me so nostalgic for early Critical Role 💖
The absolute guts it must have taken to read this and go "I can adapt it for TV and add an actual plot."
Edit: Actually I thought about it some more. And the whole book becomes so lazy at the end that it does deserve a 1 star review.
Original review: I should be giving this book a one star but I was ready to give it a 4.75 till the final 30 or so pages.
If the plot twist at the end of your fae novel is that fae could lie all along that is just lazy writing. Honestly, nothing makes me angrier. If they can lie they are not fae. Do not say that they are. Feel like my time was wasted.
