I know I know it seems like it’s be a really spicy book because of the name and cover and everything, but genuinely no.

Tropes: love at first sight, slow burn, interspecies

This book is fascinating and I applaud the author so much for this. It truly is a really fascinating world she has created.

I absolutely adored the mmc and how much of a gentleman he was.

Spice: 🌶️.5/5 very low spice
Tropes: ddlg, like two pages of fake dating

Very very very fast paced book. I said this about the author in one of my other reviews, but she could really use an editor.

I do applaud the author s as this is a topic that is more niche, but I wanted so much more from this book.

If you are going to set up this whole world and new bustling town give us way more details. I think the author should not have had the plot about someone coming after them if it was going to he solved in half a page and never mentioned again until the end of the book except random one sentences sprinkled throughout the book. Very unnecessary. Give us more of the two main characters.

Tropes: daddy/little, sex club, love at first sight/insta love

Considering this book/audio was free and it only has 5 reviews, I’m marking this book as a 4 star rating. If I held it to the same standard as any other book it’s be a like 3.5. I liked it, but it could be improved on so much. I wanted SO much more from their story. So much more. Like after the climax of the book we don’t get to see him comforting her at all and GOD I would have KILLED to watch this sexy ass man who would do anything for his baby girl comfort her and praise her for being so strong.

There 100% needed to be more editing, but for a free book, I’m not going to complain too much.

The audiobook being narrated by a ai voice almost ruined it for me as someone who primarily only reads using audiobooks as there was no emotion, but again…it was free.
