Started reading this book and just wasn’t a fan of the way it was written— I appreciated the art of style, but it wasn’t for me and made it hard to enjoy the plot.

One of my favorite memoirs and business books. The culture that Patagonia creates in the workplace will always be one I admire more than anything and the intentionality that Yvonne leads with is inspiring. I loved reading about how difficult and costly sustainable practices were for Patagonia, but how much they pursue them no matter the cost.

I read this with my small group and loved the conversation it brought, but the book itself was super “blah” to me and didn’t bring many new insights to the table.

Loved this book— it was captivating and real and makes me want to sit down and write. Reminded me a bit of Eleanor Oliphant. It didn’t end how I wanted but I loved every detail.
