I’m sailing right along through this series! I really do like all the sailing references. I like how Bird is learning to be a stronger, more independent person. All the action with the Kingfisher pirates, and the crazy situations she ends up in are really fun to read. It’s bad when a pirate has to be the one to point out you have a drinking problem. This was a really fun read, and I’m moving right along to the next. Definitely recommend!

This was so good! I’ve been sailing through this series (pun intended). Bird is an interesting character, and strangely relatable. I’ve been reading the non-YA version of this series, but I didn’t see it on the book list here. I love all the trouble she gets into and all her messy relationships. I wish it were spicier, but the plot is interesting enough to keep me reading. I’m currently on book 3 and catching up my reviews.

This book was really good. As someone who lived in Colorado and graduated from UCCS, it hit really close to home. The characters were complex, and had great chemistry. It was a little on the tame side to me (spice-wise), especially coming off Onyx Storm. But it was really great and had all the feels. Definitely recommend.

Ugh, this book broke me! It’s like the ACOWAR of Fourth Wing. Non stop war and action, couldn’t put it down. So many twists and turns, I have so many questions. I need a support group. Maybe a hug. It’s going to be a long 2 year wait on the next one. I have no idea what to read next. I LOVED this book. Please keep writing romantacy RY! ❤️

Fun book! Also pretty dark, but it was exciting. This was my first bully romance, and it did not disappoint. I liked Wren, and his story arc progressed at a believable pace, which was appreciated. Maybe it’s just the books I’ve been reading lately, but this book had some very nice prose and vocabulary. It was well put together and edited, which was refreshing. I also liked Elodie’s strength and sass in situations. Quick pace, interesting plot twists.

This was a fun story. I liked the hardcore, womanizing, tattooed guy with a past MMC. He and Nic/Cole had fun banter and the sneaking around part of their relationship definitely drew me in. Definitely spicy. I struggled some with the grammar errors, and I didn’t like how soft Hawke became once he was actually in a relationship with Cole. Like he was the new Patrick. It was too much of a switch for me. All together, good story though. I enjoyed it.

I LOVED this book! I consumed it over the weekend and now I’m sad I didn’t take my time. Hudson Ellis, Coast Guard Rescue swimmer… could he be any sexier?!?! He saves people for a living, of course he’s going to save her. Love the fake dating trope. The spice was excellent. I may reread this one already. Sigh. I love Rebecca Yaris’s books.

This was such a great story! I loved all the moments they were torn apart and had to find their way back to each other.  Great tension, angst, snarky banter, loved those surfing moments, and the confrontation scenes! “You’re not marrying him.” Perfection. This book was recommended in a Facebook group I’m in, and those ladies did not disappoint! I’ll definitely be reading more of her books.
