I like how all the pieces come together. I do wish I felt like I knew Rachel more/understood her more deeply.

I loved the rom com journey but HATED the fact that Miles helped Petra and can shrug it off by saying “I still care about her” 😭…

Percival Everett is the only author that pulls off unserious and serious simultaneously. He added himself as a character!! The main character’s name is “Not Sidney,” so when people ask his name, he replies what his name is and is “not” at the same time. At no time did I know where this book was taking me, but the ride was worth it.

The plot is almost nonexistent. The last 15% of the book brings it together, but even for me, a character-driven girlie, this was a lot of character.

Fun. Made me laugh out loud a few times. “Ma’am can you stop offering us tea??” Just lost my attention at times with all of the characters.
