I see a lot of reviews commenting on sorens' lack of verbal groveling to rooke. I have to respectfully disagree here. He didn't need to grovel because he changed his behavior, which is my opinion is even better.
I enjoyed the princes from the goblin lands and getting to finally meet some of Rookes family. That ended was beautifully done.

Rooke is that πŸ‘ bitchπŸ‘!! I love her character so much! She doesn't waver, she doesn't back down, and she does what is right by the people who discriminate against her kind.

The first 40%-50% of this book is world building, setting the political background, explaining the magic system, and setting up the war. It is a true enemies to lovers, and there is no love between these fated mates in this first book.

Lachlan and Lark meet under not so great circumstances. Their relationship developes under even worse circumstances. But the love they create is pure and beautiful.

"You fucking destroyed me. And now I can't imagine being anything but the man that I am with you."

Brynne does a great job at honoring the bonds between best friends and brothers while delivering a great plot and love story. Ethel was my favorite side character. She was hilarious and a menace to society in the best way.

I am grateful to have had the opportunity to receive an ARC for this book.

Justine is the junior assistant at the media company that airs her favorite reality show. Ronan is the ceo of said media company trying to keep rating up. Due to unforseen circumstances they end up on Married for A Day together. Will they say yes at the vow renewal ceremony?

This was the perfect little spicy monster rom-com. Justine is quirky and driven. Ronan is a bosshole with a caring side just for Justine. He shows her how to love herself, and she teaches him how to love another. I do wish they took the fated mates part of the story a little more serious.

I devoured this in one sitting, which says a lot about the writing style. It is a very well constructed story with a lot of moving parts, people, and relationships. The FMC is mid-30s, which was a breath of fresh air. Good spicy, there does seem to be a love triangle, which I am still undecided if I like or not.

I read this in one sitting. Harmony has a way of delivering a fast-paced dark romance with a good plot every time. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time.

Rix and Tristian are a bit of an emotional rollercoaster. They will, then they won't, a lot of back and fourth. I enjoyed the character development and the vulnerability of the characters. There is a good relationship between Rix and her bffs, and I love a good girl gang moment.

If you are looking for a dark romance where her masked stalker kills for her, loves only her, and buys her her entire TBR, this is for you. Harmony did a great job at tying so many things together throughout. I loved seeing little details make a huge impact in the end. Very fast-paced with good spice added in.
