ughhhhh ok, this was still good but how many times can you go to hell and back and not die??? Like they talk about how it is unknown how to complete these rituals because going to hell has not been documented because it is so dangerous but somehow they do it multiple times with very little consequences and no one dying?!?! Also, again, my favorite, and possibly the most interesting, character is still fucking stuck in hell, or in between hell and the real world I guess. Idk I am glad I listened to the audiobook because I think this would have taken me forever physically. This was fine but not great

Absolutely stunning. The almost lyrical way that she wrote this book was so captivating and really drew me in. I also was extremely hungry hahaha I cried a lot, like a lot, just amazing

LOVE LOVE LOVE My only issue was it felt too long. There were so many times where I felt like the ending should be happening but there were like hundreds of pages left hahah but still absolutely loved!!!!

I really, really, really liked this! It was one of the creepiest thrillers that I have read recently. I was wanting some more suspense, because I feel like the creepy, unknown aspect didn't last long enough for me. But I still really enjoyed this. The twist at the ending I wasn't super shocked by but kind of felt like it tried too hard but I wasn't super mad at it. Definitely would recommend, maybe just don't read the first 100 pages alone at night haha

This was really good, so different than what I expected. The protagonist was the absolute worst and obviously that is the point but it was almost hard to read because it is from her perspective. I think I was making a disgusted face the whole time I was reading this. It took a turn at the end that I was not expecting and I don't know it was my favorite, but still a good read, also a fairly quick read as well!

Such an amazing look at love, grief, and the human condition. I loved the interesting formatting of this book, it kept my interest and was just so different from anything I have read before. I just loved this so much!
