No book has ever made me cry so much and so hard quite like Betty did. The writing is practically prose, I devoured every word.
I mourned finishing this book and still think about it often.

The political and societal commentary was a bit too heavy handed and I felt that Collins was spoon feeding us it. I preferred when it was more implicit in the hunger games.

Did nothing but reaffirm my distaste for contemporary fiction.
