SpoilerI wish I could give this book a 3.5 star rating because that’s what I feel like it deserves, instead of just a 3. I enjoyed Catalina and Aaron’s relationship throughout the book, but when it came to more spicy scenes I felt like he was totally unhinged and that it wasn’t the same person at all. I also really don’t like Catalina. I felt like Aaron did everything in the relationship, and she just made things more difficult for them.

This is the first book that I have read that actually talks about what we are dealing with today with COVID. It was sort of refreshing to see an authors take on this. I thought this was a really enjoyable short story, and I would have loved even more of it!

SpoilerI actually really enjoyed this book! This is my first Colleen Hoover book that I have ever read. I really enjoyed the different POVS between Morgan (the mom) and Clara (the daughter). I don’t think I have ever read a book where it’s from the prospective of a mother and daughter, but I thought it was really well done.

I thought Miller was such a good boyfriend to Clara, he has such a good heart. Same with Jonah to Morgan. I thought both of them have finally found people that make them happy.

I still hate Aunt Jenny and Chris. Im still kind of mad she didn’t open up the letters, so I had to take a star away for that.

Overall, I read this book pretty quickly, and when I wasn’t reading it I couldn’t stop thinking about! I think I might be a new a Colleen Hoover fan!
