Sloppy. Easy but hard to read only because it was all over the place. The only exciting part was when they almost drowned. I thought there was more to the story and I didn't even realize I had reached the end. And I was like, "That's it?"

Hmm.. i liked the moral lesson of the book. The ending was just MEH but yeah.

Kilig, made me smile. But I didn't really undrstand why Park fell in love with Eleanor. There was nothing special about her and she was very insecure. Idk.. but it was good writing. The author just didn't give a proper explanation as to why Park's feelings for her were that intense.

Basically sped-read this book. God story. Very heartfelt. It was totally far from what I expected it to be. It was a fresh concept, looking from the German perspective. So sad, but it was definitely a beautiful story. Very unique narrative. Definitely unforgettable.

Loved the twist. I liked that the book is wholesome, none of the heavy romantic stuff.

Took me a few years to finish this book. I’m glad I finally did. It was very hard to read though. Reminded me of my brother and how violent he was. But it didn’t make me feel as much, maybe because I was already expecting the worst.
