this is quite literally an awful book how on earth is it rated this highly???
her main personality trait is coffee?did she have absolutely no friends back in her old gaff? why is everyone so weird about periods? why are all the characters so aggressive when they live in the middle of nowhere? why is the policeman so calm about some criminals just hanging out? why is every character either labelled as good or bad with like 0 nuance??

I do lap up any running book but I did enjoy this one more than Finns last ‘running with the Kenyans’ as I felt it covered a greater range of topics. I would say it’s very repetitive with the ‘i started running the race super fast… i couldn’t make it and was about to drop out… i realised i had power and ran to the end’

This booked furled my love of fungi and broadened my perception just ever so slightly even though I haven’t tried psychedelics. I would definitely be open to giving it a go now.
