Grief & Mourning journey is palapable in this read. Be sure to have some tissues close by for all-the-feels. The characters and the family dynamics really pull at you. Well done, well done indeed.

5-star Sequel read! After reading The Henna Artist had to wait for my Library hold of this to come in, and multiple times found myself still wrapped up in the  characters wondering ' What will so-and-so get up to in this one?? And what will happen for that character??? Exceptional character development that sweeps you away entirely. Very well done.

1st Sentences: "Independence changed everything. Independence changed nothing."
This is a very enjoyable read. The writing style has a wonderful flow, that keeps pulling you back into the story to see what's next for the characters. Wether it has been a day or two or three since last picked it up, it is so well written and sticks with you that while away from the book are left mulling it over. Well done.
