This book is cute. Not any smut. More story based. I imagine it gets more spicy in the next one. It is still a very nice story. Easy read. I enjoyed it for its lore and fantasy feels.

I liked this book. I love the themes and of course her writing. I think Beach Read is my fav tho. This one has a lot weighing on people’s happiness and how it all affects everyone and I think I myself am still grappling with my own happiness and what I want. This book might just have hit to close to home for me to thoroughly enjoy it as I enjoyed beach read or book lovers. But also I think I like more romance in my books too.
