I have considered myself an avid Whovian for the last year and when I heard that a book was out giving a different spin on the Who universe. Doctor How is an interesting character. He's a bit more on the domestic side, he's a big time neat freak, and keeps a very interesting pet.
Mark Speed definitelty has love for this series, and the whole concept of the Doctor having brothers and cousins is a fairly entertaining concept and I can't wait to see how their relationships continue as the series progresses. I like his companion, who seems to have the same air of inquisitiveness and bravery you would expect from a Doctor Who companion. The story presented here is quite clever along with how Doctor How explains the concepts of time travel. The only real big drawback in this story for me was how short it was. I know series are all the rage these days, but I for one would have much rather preferred one longer book. Still though, if you are a fan of Doctor Who and enjoy a good mystery, I think you might enjoy this!
