The lucky list is about love and grief, about how sometimes we can cling on to the past and let it affect our present and perhaps our future too. It’s been great to accompany Emily on these adventures, see how she overcomes the death of her mother and the pain that came with it.

I love how it encourages us to get out of our comfort zone and take chances, to enjoy life and be happy.

The book wasn't perfect though. The writing was a bit repetitive and it would’ve been great to get to know more about Blake’s life.

Plot twist after plot twist, the Hawthorne Legacy kept me guessing until the very end. I loved it even more than The Inheritance Games. It’s really addictive guys, I read it in two freaking days!!!

Also, if you like love triangles then this is a good book for you, if you don't like them, let me say this one's not that bad

One of the best books I’ve read this year so far. Although at the beginning I wasn't too immersed in it, the end made it worthwhile. Also the writing style is amazing! I felt like I was in Cadence's brain.

We’re all gonna die, that’s a fact, however, in the world of Scythe death is no longer a rule but an exception.

I absolutely loved this book. I couldn’t put it down, it was addictive. I really connected with the characters; they're just great. We can see Rowan and Citra’s POVs despite the fact that it’s written in 3rd person which I loved.

I won’t tell you about the plot because the synopsis says more than enough but I’ll give you a hint “Who will guard the guards?”

A funny, sarcastic and touching book.

Alina's afraid of her future, afraid to find out how similar she and the Darkling are, but she has to keep going. There’s a war coming after all, so... no pressure 👍

She's just a naive and  self-centered teenager. Now, imagine being naive whilst  getting ready for war! 🤦‍♀️

I loved Nikolai’s personality, he’s just great. Also, this “Malina” relationship is toxic. I think Mal doesn’t want to accept that Alina is no longer just a mapmaker, that she’s a sun summoner, THE sun summoner (Btw, I’m still hating the Darking)
