Things got interesting for me when the meeting with the robot happened. Anything before that left me a bit unsure as to why I was reading (well, more like listening) this book.
As English is not my native language, I struggled a bit with the use of they/them pronouns for a singular person but I got around to it eventually.
I am glad I persevered because I ended up liking the robot character a whole bunch. He’s (it’s ?) a cutie pie.
Definitely curious about the second book now.

Eat Pray Love: One Woman's Search for Everything Across Italy, India and Indonesia by Elizabeth Gilbert

Scarilingly unaware of how obnoxious she really is, Elizabeth Gilbert managed to bore me half to death whilst also enraging me to no end.
How this book became a best seller will forever puzzle me.
The writing is so bland. Ugh.
