I actually have no clue what I just read. Well I do I just…I don’t like this book that much. And yes I was super hyped to read it, it just didn’t meet my expectations for it. Sorry!

Clarion- I actually love her..in the movies. This book kind of made me hate her, like she had a pick-me aura and I don’t vibe with that. She also kept rethinking the same things over and over again. And sometimes would say things so out of pocket. But those are the negatives. Let’s do positive, I love how caring she is to everyone. She stood up to her mentor even when it was controversial. Also, when she was literally about to die in half the book, and didn’t give up. She kept trying to save the fairies. I admire that.

Milori- No one can make me hate him. At all. He is such a stoic gentleman, I swear. Like he literally got himself hurt to save Clarion. How many times does that happen? A lot. He is a great guy.

Overall I don’t like the book. The writing was for me, and this is just my opinion. If you vibed with this book, I’m jealous, but if you’re like me. Let’s cry in sorrow together, huh? Anyway, the plot was there it just didn’t meet my expectations and the hype everyone gave me. I’m sorry if you think that I don’t like the author, that is not my intention. Do not hate on authors.

Okay so I like the book in general but I don’t like how Anders was the…ifykyk.

Elsy- She is a very fascinating fmc. I do like her story, a lot. Kinda wish she was a writer too. But still I liked the turn out. Anyway, I really liked it. She had a simple but complex way of her past, I do like that in a person since that is much more realistic. Like in a novel or something like that at least.

Anders- I don’t hate him. I like his physical physique. His mint green eyes…😍 Anyways- he really isn’t my fav tho. The little plot twist to his character, I don’t hate but it literally did make me have a wake up call cause I did think for a second that she was in the novel. So when I got the plot twist, reality set in and made me sad. Still does. But it’s not a bad twist, I do like it, but…not as much as I would with other twists.

Overall this book was a pretty good one. I like the way she author writes and the way she has me literally getting lost in the book. Like I legit forgot who I was for a while. But I really did like the book, a very close five star for me.

I love Ali Hazelwood, like actually. But this book was not it. It felt like a redo for Love Theoretically, I love that one btw. I don’t like the plot of this book, that’s really most of it. Also it was soooo spicy. Not a fan.

Rue- I like her name because of the Hunger Games. She and I don’t have beef, only when she starts to self doubt herself. That pisses me off. Yeah I understand that kind of trauma in your past reflects in your future life, but she does not need to question every five seconds. Another thing, I was so confused on how she looked with an undercut cause the cover does not do it justice.

Eli- I really, really wanted to like him. I was even starting to like him, well more like tolerate him until he started to call Rue….”Good girl”… Ugh I can’t do that pet name. I HATE it. And with growling. No thank you, furries. But besides that bit of business, I don’t actually hate him. He is just a flirtatious man.

Overall I could not get into this book. I was kinda tempted to just not finish, but I’m not doing Ali that badly. But this book is not my cup of tea, but for those that like this kind of stuff, read on, please.

First of all, why is Clarke so indecisive? Just pick one! Specifically Wells. Eve she knows that he was protecting her, again.

Wells- This man does not need the disrespect he gets on earth. It’s sad.

Clarke- Get out. She is so rude to Wells, and only uses Bellamy as a distraction. So I like this fmc but she needs to pull it together or all bets are off.

Glass- wtf? What was that plot twist at the end?!

Bellamy- legit don’t like him at all. He can go die in a ditch.

Overall I may continue the series. I only read this because it’s on my shelf, but it’s a pretty good book.

Okay, let me just start with two things. One being that I like this book, I don’t need anyone trying to convince me otherwise until I finished the series. Then you may try. (⚠️⚠️Small spoiler⚠️⚠️)Second thing is that, no matter how much effort Alina’s dad puts into making himself better, I will hate him.

Alina- She is very caring. Very kind. And very very thoughtful for her family. So I am scared for the fact that her forgiveness will be destroyed by her…iykyk. Anyway, she is actually an amazing character overall. Like, I love how she was molded into the strong woman she is at the end from how she was too naive in her youth.

Chase- He is um…not my fav. I mean yeah he has his moments but I don’t like him. Don’t really trust him, because he can revert back. I mean I know he probably won’t but I still don’t like the ending and how it made me think he could. But his overall character? Decent. I don’t hate it, just his youthful actions. And yes I use this phrase specifically because that was mostly in his youth.

Overall I really like the book. The adult problems make me relate to it even more so it makes me happy. I don’t like the fact that Alina’s dad sucks. Or her brother. So the next book, I’m gonna have to force myself to reset all former opinions on him. But mainly focusing on this book, I really do like it. It had its ups and downs…wait why does that sound like a funeral speech? SORRY!

I am absolutely in love with this. For all those that said this gives off Criminal Minds vibes, you are correct.

Cassie- She is actually a great main character. She doesn’t actually annoy me at all, even with the love interests of hers. She is brilliant also, I would have charted the similarities down as a coincidence. So brilliant mind there already.

Michael- Marry me sir. I don’t care at all, he is funny and very witty. You may marry me now. He also knows how to treat a lady, like that speech in the end? Proper respect right there. He has my heart, so if he and Cassie don’t get together I will keep him.

Dean- He has the dark broody moody vibes, so if anyone actually has a crush on him. I hear you. Sorta. He is too sensitive for me, like yeah I know your dad is…but you literally are in this program for a reason so don’t be a jerk about it.

Overall I am in love with this and will be going on a rant for the next books soon. I love the chemistry between all the characters, like the team dynamics they have. Sweet. I also love how they are all individuals, cause sometimes when characters are written they get morphed into each other sometimes, so I’m happy this isn’t the case.

Okay so..this book made me so happy. Listen, I understand how that shouldn’t technically happen, but listen! This book isn’t just about her demons, it’s even about his. So therefore that is already a win in my book. But the fact that isn’t the main focus? Top tier, yes I love people overpowering their past and stuff, I’m here for that, but I don’t like when it is all about that.

Hannah- I love her snark and sass. Literally she was so sassy to Garrett when she first talked to him. Also, her growth? That is beautiful. I also love how real she is.

Garret- This man is now one of this year’s favorites. He is very patient with her, trying to figure how she should move forward and stuff.(Sorry for using the word stuff! I don’t like it either.) Anyway, I also like that he kept his same personality throughout the book. Like in some books the mmc’s personality changes to something worse and becomes cringe, not Garret. Nope, he is just the same and snarky as ever.

Overall I really liked this book, it was a great read.

Oh my goodness. This was so heartbreaking and warming, and everything above. I may have cried a little, who’s cutting onions?!😭

Iris- I find her journey so empowering. Because yall don’t understand how often this happens, the most powerful woman getting reduced to a single dust. It’s sad but true. At least she got the support she needs and eventually moved on from that @sshole. No one needs him anyway.

August- I would marry you but Iris deserves you. I adore the fact he still loved her even after like a year of not seeing her. Now that, that is yearning. This is longing on another level. It’s actually really cute. Also the fact that he took care of her so much, but being gentle about it even though he didn’t know what happened to Iris. Oh my god, who’s crying because it’s not me!😭

Overall I really liked this book because of how real it is. It had real life implications which makes it all the better. Also, the writing? Top notch. Sign me up cause it’s nice.

Oh my word, why did I put this book off for so long?!

Lena- I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS QUEEN! She is actually the perfect example of different but not actually trying to be. Also, the sass this queen has, top tier.

Ethan- you all will need to fight me for him. I will brawl. Ethan is actually a great guy, he is definitely top because he reads and he is super supportive and caring and brave and I could go on but I’m lazy.

Overall I loved the book so much that I will continue it. Like, even two of my favorite authors complimented this book, it was destiny. Also..Macon….
