I absolutely adored being back in Magnolia Falls, this time with Ruby and River. These two’s chemistry was off the charts and their flirty banter had me gripped from the first chapter. The enemies to lovers trope was done so well, there was lots of push and pull and so much tension between the two of them! And don’t even get me started on Rivers dirty mouth, man oh man I was obsessed!
These two were both so guarded and had a ton of wall’s individually built around them, I loved watching them slowly fall to the ground as they opened up to each other and unknowingly fell in love.
My heart is owned by River’s friendship group, this band of brothers, found family aspect of this series so far has me giddy whenever I read about them. There’s so much love in these books and not just romantic love but platonic love and it’s so wonderful to read about!

Sara Cate knows how to write incredibly good spice, and The Home-Wrecker did not disappoint in that department. However she also managed to write an incredibly beautiful story alongside that about self discovery and sexuality, which I absolutely adored. The bisexual representation in this book was incredible, and watching Caleb come to terms with his sexuality and own it was very freeing to read about, but then also seeing on Deans side of things how comfortable he was being who he is, healed a part of me.
I will say this book took me a moment to get into, I’m not a big fan of the cheating trope. But I think how it’s handled helped a lot with me ultimately enjoy this book so much.
I ended up loving all three characters and their relationship grew into something so easy. I loved how the book starts with all kinds of miscommunication but then as it goes on watching all three of them open up and learn to communicate was one of my favourite things about this story! Dean is my king I loved him from his first chapter and his relationship with their daughter had me MELTING! Caleb had me falling in love with him, he was honestly swoon worthy! And Briar, although quite annoying to begin with, I grew to love her and how accepting she was of those around her.
Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this book, packed full of spice but was also a very emotional read from start to finish!

This one was a bit nuts😅 You definitely need to be checking your trigger warnings with this one because it’s not for the faint of heart. There were things that happened in this book that made me question my own sanity… however saying that, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Jacob’s obsession with Melody, although questionable to begin with, made me ultimately fall in love with him. I also felt like this story followed a bit of a different formula than the first 3 books, he doesn’t start out hating the FMC or being mean to her. He is locked onto her in a way that if it was real life you’d be calling the police. I loved Melody as well, she’s been to hell and back, lost all her memories and was rebuilding her world again. There is a little fire in her that I admire.
There were twists and turns in the 2nd half of the book that had me questioning everything. And multiple plot twists that had my jaw dropping.
I adored getting glimpses of the previous 3 couples as well, and how they welcomed Melody into their fold and protected her.
I’m also so ready for Knox’s story!

Roan and Aspen. Oh. My. God. These two broke my soul, put it back together and healed something in me and just made me whole. I love them so much, they deserve everything! Their individual stories were absolutely heartbreaking but seeing them find each other and help each other to heal, brought me so much joy. And the love you see Roan have for Aspen and her little girl Cady had me melting!   The nicknames he has for them both left me in a puddle! I will not survive! I’m so obsessed I could cry just thinking about them!
Like all Catherine Cowles books there’s so many twists and turns and jaw dropping moments that have you on the edge of your seat and questioning everything!

This was such a fun, steamy, enemies to lovers romance.
Rowan and Charlotte hate each other. They run rival farms and they’re vying for the same contract, so they are enemies in every sense of the word.

I gobbled up their story, so much tension and angst, and lots of hate s*x! They get snowed in together and they just can’t take their hands off each other.

I love these two and how their relationship came to be, and the support they each gave the other warmed my soul.
