This book was excellent at painting the picture of what day-to-day life could be like, had World War II gone the other way. The little details were all there. However, I did not love the big stuff, especially the resolution. This is going to sound sacrilegious but the tv show's delivery of who exactly the Man In the High Castle was way more satisfying. Still, this is the original and the show is clearly standing on the shoulders of a giant.
