bruh.....really??
i feel like i spent half my life on this book. okay, theo. i feel as if you're manipulating me because I love the name theo and so I thought I would love you. now boris on the other hand, ugly name. amazing character. seriously, why was boris the best?
i may write a review on my blog because this book took so long that I feel others should acknowledge this travesty. but don't get me wrong, the writing is beautiful. the bulk of the book, I was ADDICTED. some parts that other readers found boring I loved. boris and theo's time in Vegas was one of my favourites in the book.
now, that ending?? i am incredibly conflicted. i feel as though I should have predicted something like this, but with each coming page, I had more and more hope for some reason. yes, I am delusional.
can I also say that I didn't find this sad....at all??? guys it's genuinely just not depressing. even if you are sad for fifty pages (which may seem like a lot), oh don't worry you have 800 others to forget about it.

this was such a disappointment.
it just felt like it was trying to be something it wasn't. the main character....oh god...literally the most annoying and weirdest person ever. there should be a limit to how often someone can say "fucking" in a sentence.
i could probably write more, but this book is so confusing, like what did I just read.

both green brothers are very intelligent. but for some reason this book came off as someone trying to sound smart rather than actually being smart. Some of the chapters were also just very random(which I’m fine with) but they just had no meaning. I did enjoy some quite a bit, and I’ll admit, I’d probably read anything the greens write or produce soooo

I mean....okay?? This could have been a lot better, I feel as through the author didn’t spend as much effort in the ending as she should have. I loved the concept as well as the main character, the writing style was a little annoying and I found myself skimming paragraphs at times. Overall a solid read, and an interesting novel with a twist on your traditional thriller.
