I loves this book!!! It was an amazing read and I hope to own this book to support the author. I loved how through a YA character from immigrant family was used to delve into the concept of feminism and the story about immigrants. I juts loved this book!!!

I loved the story and the book and it really starts off strong....and I really wished for it to end in more hopeful ways....but I think it was me I guess. I wish for the ending to be more hopeful and to show a glimpse into their together-ness.

I loved the story probably because of the subtle amount of romance present in the story, which wasn't there in the earlier two stories written by the same author. I loved this book, because the person committing the crime was someone I wasn't able to think of, but if we look back and see all the things that led to the person committing the crime, it made sense. Along with the Palace intrigues, it was a good book I believe.

I loved this mystery! Even when I was wrong at guessing the suspect, and perhaps a person who is more experienced in reading mystery stories would be able to guess the suspect. Other than that, the emotional aspect of two sisters solving mystery together, despite thinking that they were ignored by their fathers, is a really good addition to this book. It also shows us the historical account of that time, along with how one thing can break a family.
