Their Eyes Were Watching God is a good book about the life of Janie. It covers important messages of unequal power balances, jealousy, and unfairness. Covers a wonderful story about finding love and what you want in life. Good book altogether, just wasn’t my type.

I don't know what I expected to read when I picked up Jane Eyre, but this was a wonderful surprise. The story is written as if Jane is reflecting on her life, and telling the "reader" how she has felt over the years. The book was quite entertaining, the only points coming off from the writing style being difficult at some points.

When I picked this book up, I simply thought it would be a puzzle book. Turns out it was an amazing journey following the main detective and the recurring suspects. Despite not being a heavy plot book, the plot is fun and the characters are funny and entertaining. The puzzles are difficult, but rewarding to complete!
