Not only is this a slow burn it’s also just too long. I felt like I had been reading this book forever and could have skipped over some scenes and been fine. 

Shattered Dreams by Jaymin Eve, Tate James
Did not finish book. Stopped at 34%.

After quickly reading the first two books in this series, I could not get into the third one. Tried on different days and just found myself not interested. 

The Scepter by J. Bree
Did not finish book. Stopped at 52%.

I am a massive J Bree fan but this genre is not for me. If you like fantasy I’m sure you would enjoy this!

I did not like the third person POV and for that reason it was very hard to get into.

Switched to the physical book. Audiobook was too hard to keep up with.
