Silas and Natty grew up together and always had this connection with one another. I loved their back story even though she had a very troubled upbringing and that’s saying a lot. And I mean a lot. They had to part ways when she was given to the Stone Riders MC and Silas watched her for 2 years and never stopped loving her. I really enjoyed the love these two had for one another. It was a touching story. I can’t believe the series came to a close. Check your TW with this one as one more thing came up in this one for me. But it was a good close to the series with wonderful characters.

When I had a chance to read this book I jumped at it. I enjoyed all the Lancaster books and this is a new generation one. This one follows Willow and Rhett. Willow gets back from being away from school for a year and things are different. Rhett is brought into the school to play football and they are instantly connected. I love their romance like I enjoyed their parents. The banter back and with and the family dynamics round out the whole story. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to what else is in store.

I was excited to see a book about a gymnast and a motocross main characters. You really do not see many like that around. This book was everything that I needed it to be. Knox who was dropped from his team for fighting teams up with Avery who is a gymnast, but not just any gymnast, a decorated Olympian. Completely opposite, the banter is top notch, the spicy scenes hit perfect and it was enjoyable all around. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. We always need a tattooed motocross MMC in our lives.

When Jameson and Penelope met for the first there was an instant connection with them when they were in high school. Penelope pretty much chased after him throughout her whole childhood. Until one day she had to give up. Now pregnancy tropes aren’t everyone’s favorites but it did bring these two back together again.  Jameson needs to keep her safe. I’m always a sucker for a good MC romance and this one delivered. Second chance romances mixed in with please share your feelings with one another and a wedding and you have yourself a great romance story.

I would give this book more 3.5 stars. This one was unlike her others that I’ve read. Ace and Bri have met before but the timing had been off. Bri had gone away and worked on herself and Ace has always held something for her. Thrown back together again will the sparks still fly?
This was a different book that I’ve read from her before. Now I didn’t dislike it, but it wasn’t my favorite. I just felt it was rushed overall. I enjoyed the banter between the two characters. That made me laugh and the different scenarios they got into. The story was a nice short story that was easy to read.

I would say I would give this 3.75 stars since I doubt he would Luke would welcome her back with open arms after not speaking after so many years. But I really enjoyed the story. Laina needing to get away from everything that has happened in her busy and troubled life after making it huge as an actress and running to Luke and his ranch. Him accepting her once again and establishing their love then they had for one another was sweet to read.  This is part of a series but can be read as a standalone.

You knew it was going to be spicy when the open scene literally was just that. This is a processor and student relationship so there is an age gap romance here. Since they had always had a thing for one another they finally acted on this and unfortunately this decision got them in trouble both professionally for Ronan and privately for Brooklyn as she is now being forced to live with him. As their attraction to and chemistry grows this story got hotter and hotter. This was a fantastic story made by two fantastic authors. You know the story would be explosive just by hearing who had written this. They have an amazing writing style among their own books and writing together was even more. I’m hoping for more in the future.

Riley and Zeke grew up together and shared a love with for many things. The main one was Riley’s twin brother who both had a bond with. They both felt they owed their lives to. Riley played football in honor of her twin brother’s injury that left him paralyzed and Zeke felt a sense of guilt because he helped cause it. Riley always blamed Zeke for this. Once they graduated and went off to college they are playing for the same team and now tensions high and also feelings. This was an extremely slow burn romance for me. The character development was great and I really enjoyed that, I would have loved to have seen them together more. Once they were their chemistry was great. The narrators did an excellent job. I loved the dual dialogue.

What I enjoy about L.B. Dunbar’s books is they have older characters. They resonate with me more. Halle comes back to go to her mother’s funeral and sees her childhood love Knox also known as Brick. It’s been 20 years and the feelings are still there for her. Getting locked in the bathroom of the church with him wasn’t something she wanted to do as well. Knox came back for a second chance with Halle and man does he have his work cut out for him. Halle has walls up for many reasons and Knox knows it’s going to take a lot. The chemistry between these two were still there. I loved the growth Halle had after her divorce with her ex to stand up to him and deal with him. A strong woman. I would definitely recommend this book. This is the second book in the series but it can be read as a standalone.

The 2nd book in the series, we get Ivy and Cameron. Ivy comes from a rich family who basically does and get what they want in life. And what they want in life is for Ivy to marry someone in particular which she will not do. While Ivy has walls built, Cameron is the book boyfriend everyone needs in their life. Spending time together for a renovation makes their relationship grow and this was a book I loved and couldn’t put down.
