I think this my favorite book of the series so far for me. There was a little bit of stalker vibes going on from the beginning. Him letting it slip that he knew her longer than when they first met. Val and Dom met on the plane one day and have an explosive first time. Val hasn’t had the best upbringing so she thought this might not go anywhere, but to her surprise he does text her back. Dom isn’t who he says he really is. Well he doesn’t tell the whole story to Val. He wants something from her and when he wants something he will get it. This had a lot of spice mixed it with some sweetness as well. I think Dom fell for Val long before he said he did. And who doesn’t like a tattoo artist on the side? I can’t wait for Hans now.

I’m not a big fan of the miscommunication trope and thankfully this one didn’t dwell on the story too much. This was an awesome story it fit right into the rest of the series perfectly. We got to have the rest of the family right along side Cage and Presley. I just live for the group texts between the brothers and sisters. Cage and Presley have known each other since they were teenagers. Loved each other pretty much from the start. Things just weren’t lining up for them and one married someone else and one became a single father. When Presley comes back to Cottonwood Cove old feelings come rushing back. This story had spice. This story had angst and this story had second chance.

This was a good friends to lovers romance. Eva and Levi have been best friends for awhile. Lunch dates and all. Eva wants custody of her niece after her older sister dies in an accident and she doesn’t want the baby to end up in foster care. So who does she get to be her fuse husband ? Yup Levi. With this marriage of convenience you know it is going to be good. I love how the stories are interconnected still since Eva’s cousin is Stefano who is part of Mine to Promise story. I loved the banter back and forth with these two. One of my favorite stories in the series so far. Makes you want the series to keep going.

He’s a determined billionaire used to getting what he wants, and she’s prepared to marry the wrong man to prove to them she’s moved on. But neither of them is ready to let go of the past…
A small-town, friends to lovers, second chance romance from Wall Street Journal & USA Bestselling Author M. Robinson
Being the man of honor in my best friend Livvy’s wedding wouldn’t be such a big deal…
If I wasn’t in love with her.
But I won’t turn her down. No matter how much it’ll tear my heart out to watch her walk down the aisle toward another man.
It should have been us—from friends to lovers and back again. But after college, I was so busy building my empire that I let her slip through my fingers. She was my first. And once she realizes he’s the wrong one for her…
I’ll be her last.

Being friends since childhood Ethan and Livvy took it to another level before college. They meant the world to each other. Now Livvy is going to marry another man. This is a dual POV which is one of my favorites. I love to hear the other side so much. You know what you are getting with this author with the angst and this one had it so much. Switching from past to present told the story in a way where you really feel like you were there. I loved both characters which was a first for me. If you’re looking for a friends to lovers this one was awesome.

Parker is in her early 20s and extremely naïve about a lot of things. She had a troubled childhood since her parents were murdered and the killer was in the home with her. Wells is in the “family” and pretty much a psychopath. He takes stalking to another level. There were many twists and turns throughout this story and I’m looking forward to how his brother gets over his traumatic experience. This spice in the book was a 4/5 I would say. If you’re looking for a stalker meets virgin, your mine vibe this is for you.

This really was a beautiful story. This was a quaint little town. We’re pretty much. Everybody knows one another. What do you do when you are married to the chief of police and you get a divorce? And the chief of police makes it difficult for you to start dating again? This is what happens to Yara. She just wants to live her new life and go on. Enter Alex. He wants to open up a restaurant. He is rude to Yara‘s sweet. He is brash to Yara’s kind. Completely opposite. They enter into a fake dating relationship to get the town, thinking that she can date again. If you are into fake dating, enemies, to lovers, and grumpy sunshine, this is for you.

What do you do when a night that you do not remember comes back to haunt you? Normally, I am not into the pregnancy trope but this one did not disappoint. Wynter went to a Super Bowl party and met Asher in the bathroom. After having a one night stand which she does not remember, but he does, they meet some time later when she is to be his doctor when he needs surgery. Wanting to get to know his son he suggests her moving in with him. What could go wrong? This has mini tropes:
Forced proximity
Accidental pregnancy
Single mom
He falls first
This was a good story from start to finish.

The second book in this series, but you do not necessarily need to read the first one to get an understanding of what is going on. Often times Paisley and Caleb from Love Me Today is referenced but only in passing. This story is centered around Ryder and Dakota. Dakota is a single mom who needs a place to stay because her home is burglarized. Ryder is her brother‘s best friend with a secret to keep. He has always been the bad boy that went away from her life for a couple years who lost himself. During this time he got himself in some trouble which Dakota did not fully know the extent of. Living with each other with both of them having feelings was quite the hardship. I love the twist at the end. This book was fast paced, and I loved every minute.

I was so excited to see this book arrive in my kindle. The second book in the series stars Coleton and Shayla. Coleton is the middle brother of the McCord family. They met one night before Shayla started working for the company. Spending one spicy night together. Next time they meet he is her boss. With a no fraternization policy there is a hands off rule. Coleton and Shayla just cannot keep their hands off each other. He is a mix of contradictions that Shayla fits right into. What a great story hands down. Couldn’t recommend more.

Jane decided in the previous books to tell who so really was, a famous singer. Ever since then her safety has been a top concern. Unbeknownst to her, her dad hires an undercover security to follow her around. This one is not like the others however. He is hot and she had fallen for him. Hendrick thought he would have an easy job of watching Jane from afar but soon realizes she is all but easy. She is everything that he wants in a relationship. This had suspense trying to figure out who was sending Jane those emails and spice. The brothers might need their own books at this rate as well.
